- You tell me what’s bothering you. Make a list if you like. Everything is fair game.
- I arrive on time and work through the list, explaining as I go.
- You can watch, ask questions, or go about your day. Whatever you prefer.
- Before I leave, we go over what I did and I make sure you’re comfortable using it.
- If you want it, I send a written how-to so you can do it yourself next time.
